The IDT72V293L10PFI is an exceptionally deep, high speed, CMOS First-In-First-Out (FIFO) memory with clocked read and write controls and a flexible Bus-Matching x9/x18 data flow. The IDT72V293L10PFI offers numerous improvements over previous SuperSync FIFOs.

IDT72V293L10PFI features: (1)Fixed, low first word latency; (2)Zero latency retransmit; (3)Auto power down minimizes standby power consumption; (4)Master Reset clears entire FIFO; (5)Partial Reset clears data, but retains programmable settings; (6)Empty, Full and Half-Full flags signal FIFO status; (7)Programmable Almost-Empty and Almost-Full flags, each flag can default to one of eight preselected offsets; (8)Selectable synchronous/asynchronous timing modes for Almost-Empty and Almost-Full flags; (9)Program programmable flags by either serial or parallel means; (10)Select IDT Standard timing (using EF and FF flags) or First Word Fall Through timing (using OR and IR flags); (11)Output enable puts data outputs into high impedance state; (12)Easily expandable in depth and width; (13)JTAG port, provided for Boundary Scan function (BGA Only); (14)Independent Read and Write Clocks (permit reading and writing simultaneously); (15)Available in a 80-pin Thin Quad Flat Pack (TQFP) or a 100-pin Ball Grid Array (BGA) (with additional features); (16)High-performance submicron CMOS technology; (17)Industrial temperature range (–40 to +85℃) is available.
